Os alunos do Programa de Aceleração da Aprendizagem (PAA) da Secretaria Municipal de Educação (Smec) têm a oportunidade de participar de atividades extracurriculares, através da parceria realizada entre a secretaria e o Centro de Cultura Musical. Ao todo foram disponibilizadas 100 vagas para que os alunos da rede aprendam música instrumental e possam melhorar no rendimento escolar, atuando no Projeto Orquestrando a Vida. Os alunos já têm data para estrear, no próximo dia 16, às 16h, no Teatro Trianon.
Para Ariana Moraes, mãe do aluno Gabriel Moraes Barros, de 10 anos, é muito importante essa atividade na vida do filho. “Porque ele vai aprender a ter regras para determinadas coisas e, com certeza, vai ajudar muito no aprendizado dele na escola”, disse a mãe do aluno do 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental, na Escola Municipal Professora Lídia Leitão.
- Eu gosto muito de música e aqui vai ser muito bom pra mim – contou Gabriel, muito ansioso em seu primeiro dia de aula.
Já a aluna Karolyne Anastácio Barbosa, também de 10 anos, já fez três aulas e está muito empolgada com a oportunidade. “Estou muito feliz com essa oportunidade e gosto muito de música. Serei maestrina”, garantiu a aluna do 2º ano do Ensino Fundamental da Escola Municipal Branca Pessanha.
De acordo com a coordenadora do Projeto Orquestrando a Vida, Mirian Freitas, das 100 vagas oferecidas, 50 já foram preenchidas. “Estamos num processo de entrevistas, selecionando os alunos da rede municipal ou alunos que tenham bolsa de 100% da Prefeitura, mas priorizamos os alunos do PAA”, informou a coordenadora, que ressalta que o objetivo do projeto é fazer com que a música seja uma ferramenta para ajudar na questão do equilíbrio, principalmente na questão educacional. “A criança participando do projeto desde cedo vai aprender ter responsabilidade e ser um bom cidadão. A oportunidade é para alunos de sete a 14 anos de idade.
